Support in the development and implementation of appropriate administrative practices, controls and approval processes in the IT compliance environment Support in the implementation and implementation of DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) Support in planning, implementation of measures to comply with data protection requirements acc. EUDS GMO Support in the application of legal aspects and ensuring compliance standards in connection with AI related laws and guidelines Monitoring data protection issues related to the development and use of AI technology

Completed studies in the field of law/economic law, economic informatics or economics or a comparable qualification Good knowledge of information processing and security as well as extensive expertise in data protection and data protection law Ideally relevant working experience in the financial services industry Safe occurrence in dealing with internal and external contacts Experience in the fields of IT compliance or governance or IT risk management
