This is how your working day looks like:

• In addition to the implementation of nursing activities in the form of reference care and the creation and updating of care plans, you carry out a correct and complete electronic documentation of care and service delivery.
• They are responsible for the professional handling of care risks on the basis of the current expert standards as well as for the proper handling of drugs and drugs.
• Your tasks include the application and implementation of the structured information collection (SIS), creation, updating, action planning and evaluation.
