(Senior) Investment Manager for Renewable Energy Projects (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the sourcing of new investment opportunities for wind and BESS projects You control acquisition processes independently from the first evaluation, due diligence, to successful closing, keeping timeline, quality and cost-effectiveness in mind You are a project manager throughout the transaction process and you control resources and stakeholders targeted at completion You develop, challengst and optimierst financial models, derive fund-based investment recommendations and manage their implementation You structure acquisition and project financing together with potential investors, banks or project partners You negotiate contracts, purchase prices and participation models As a savings partner for younger colleagues, you share your know-how and actively promote the development of our investment area

You have a degree in business, finance or a comparable degree programme You have several years of experience in the investment or M&A environment or have professional experience with a bank, asset manager, project developer or transaction consulting You have accompanied complex transactions and successfully completed deals You have your own track record of acquired acquisitions and partnerships and have an existing network in the renewable energy industry You think strategically and entrepreneurially and work profit-oriented You communicate clearly, convincingly and confidently You do not hesitate to take the initiative to advance themes
