Conduct credit risk analyses and estimates independently – including the creation of credit templates, sound votes and opinions, as well as the assessment of all collateral. Reliable, structured and timely implementation of work orders transferred to you – with a high quality requirement for your own work. systematically document the requirement and receipt of relevant documents for the assessment of economic circumstances – using a standardized technical procedure. Analyze balance sheets, create capital services accounts and carry out further economic evaluations – always with a clear view for risks and relationships. working independently with all parties involved in the process within the framework of largely defined tasks and using process-oriented decision-making spaces in a targeted manner. Use risk classification methods – such as standard ratings or ratings in real estate business – safely and let their results be targeted into your decisions. develop, together with the process participants, measures to reduce the risk of commitment of intensive care customers, closely accompany and manage the implementation in close coordination with the co-representation.
