HR Employee Consultant (m/f/d)

In this function you are responsible for the full HR consultation of our employees. At the same time, ensure efficient personnel administration while complying with labour law requirements. You will also support the implementation of our HR change and digitization projects. Advice and support: You advise the employees of a specific care area and process their requests in all HR-relevant questions. Your expertise is in demand to support our employees as much as possible. Document creation: You independently create important documents such as employment contracts, labour contract changes, certificates and certificates. Your careful operation ensures that all documents are provided correctly and on time. Member States: You shall establish consultations for the co-determination bodies and ensure that all relevant information is communicated clearly and precisely. Evaluations: You provide standard evaluations from our HR software (P&I Loga) and thus contribute to data analysis and decision-making in the HR sector. Operational integration management: You advise and accompany the operational integration management. In doing so, you contribute to the successful integration of employees into everyday work. Project cooperation: You actively contribute to (digitalization) HR projects and contribute to the continuous improvement and modernisation of our HR processes.
