IT Application Manager – BSI Customer Suite (m/f/d)

As part of our team, in close cooperation with the specialist department, you will play a key role in the company-wide introduction of the BSI Customer Suite, accompanying the change from the SAP CRM to the Customer Suite, thereby increasing IT-sided and professionally into our environment. The project to launch the BSI Customer Suite has just started.

We are looking for you as an IT Application Manager – BSI Customer Suite (m/w/d)

As an IT Application Manager, you actively shape the new central customer relationship management system. You identify and understand the needs of our specialist areas (e.g. sales, marketing, customer service), translate them into technical concepts and implement the effort estimate and implementation in the modules of the BSI Customer Suite (BSI.CRM, BSI.EIP and BSI.CX) Take responsibility for the system: Ensuring data integration from the resystems (e.g. SAP) and the secure and stable operation of the BSI Customer Suite (SaaS solution in the cloud) Customizing and further development of the entire customer suite including the interfaces and integration into our IT system landscape 2nd level support and coordination of 3rd level support, including project and system responsibility in a small team Coordination of external service providers and providers including controlling quality, time and budget Documentation of adaptations, processes and system architecture Quality assurance and testing of new features and releases

You have a study of computer science or training with IT-specific background Your strengths include an independent, structured and solution-oriented approach and a high degree of self-initiative In addition, you convince with pronounced analytical and communication skills and a high problem-solving competence You have professional and project experience in customizing, maintaining and integrating modern CRM IT systems in the cloud; perhaps you have already dealt with the topic of BSI Customer Suite You have good practical knowledge of TypeScript and SQL or a comparable programming/script/database language. Your affinity for optimizing customer-oriented processes and your good sense of opportunities and challenges on the way to digital transformation complete your profile
