You take over the recognition and elimination of minor disturbances in the production process. You contribute to the optimization of the production processes. You ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.

Technical basic understanding and craftsmanship bring you with you. Ideally, you have professional experience in handling machinery and/or equipment. A completed training in a technical or craft occupation (e.g. carpenter, metal producer, plant manager (m/w/d))) is desirable, but not necessary. The willingness to shift work is given. Teamability, reliability and a stand-alone operation are the key features.
