You support the scientific advisors: within the department in the search and creation of appealing presentations in PowerPoint on project-specific topics You enter the project database (e.g. data entry, maintenance and evaluation) You are involved in the planning, implementation and follow-up of conferences, workshops and meetings You take administrative office and reception activities (e.g. guest care, telephone service, organisation of office material, installation and maintenance of project files)
You are in an ongoing full-time study of economic, natural or engineering (with a remaining period of study of at least 18 months) You have joy and active interest in future technologies and digitization issues You have a systematic, independent, reliable and efficient way of working as well as strong team and service orientation You have a very good oral and written expressiveness in German You can control the current MS Office applications safely and ideally have first experience in handling databases
Compensation The fee is €17 per hour. Working time The working time should be at least 5 hours a day and a maximum of 20 hours a week during the semester – during periods without lectures, more than 38.5 hours a week. Duration The place is limited to 2 years. .
