Your post: As a Requirements Engineer or Product Owner (w/m/d) take responsibility for one of our ERP modules. You recognizes potential for improvement, priority requirements and sorgst that ideas become market-ready features – always with a view to the benefits for our customers.

You can work with us up to 100% remote across Germany, over an occasional presence (1–2 days a month) at our sites in Leipzig or Berlin we would be happy.

-What you're working on...

· You take the professional responsibility for one or more our modules – from idea to rollout · You accept the requirements to your module(s), priority and pflegst this in close coordination with users:inside · You analyze and optimize existing processes – with a view to Efficiency, standardization and user-friendliness · You're a enge collaboration with software developer:inside, Tester:inside, UX/UI designers:inside and stakeholders · User Stories, acceptance criteria and documentation Development and QA in English · You accompany Tests and decreases of your features · You communicate innovations* to customers: inside (e.g. release notes, Manuals, videos) and internally within the company

· You have as Product Owner, Product Manager:in, Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer or working in a comparable role · You analyzed complex requirements and structured them in actionable steps · You feel comfortable and work with technical topics with software developer:inside and UX/UI designer:inside together · You know how to use agile methods like Scrum or Kanban Tools like Jira, YouTrack, etc. · You communicate clearly and convincingly with different Stakeholders – internal and external · You ideally have knowledge of ERP systems or Processes from the real estate or Housing industry · You speak German at least C1 level and English at least B2 level
