Your tasks as an employee (m/w/d) • Creating, optimizing and simulating CNC programs (including Mastercam 2D/3D) and deriving the machining steps for turning and milling processes • Installation and preparation of CNC machining machines, including measurement, complete and installation of tools and clamping means • Precise clamping and alignment of the workpieces, stepwise removal of the program and input of correction values • Operation, loading and unloading of the machines you monitor the processes and ensure smooth operation at the Berlin site • troubleshooting, minor maintenance and cleaning work as well as quality control and reworking on the workpieces

Your profile for CNC manufacturing & programming: • Completed design in the metal sector, e.g. as a machining mechanic (m/w/d) • Multiannual experience in setting up, operating and optimizing CNC machines (turning/milling) • Very good knowledge of CNC programming, ideally with Mastercam 2D/3D • Experience in 5-axis processing as well as mazatrol, haas or heiden hain of advantage • Good knowledge of German (at least B2) and willingness to work in the three-layer model
