Your main tasks include the strategic, organizational and qualitative development of industrial and commercial training at the locations Kassel, Munich and Görlitz You work on the goal of ensuring location-wide, a sustainable, uniform and efficient training system that will meet the current and future requirements of the company You will take care of ensuring the smooth implementation of professional and commercial training programmes at the locations Kassel, Munich and Görlitz You take over the disciplinary leadership of trainer teams at the respective locations You are professional contact for all subsidiaries of the KNDS Group in training matters You develop and implement a cross-site training strategy in close coordination with relevant interfaces (e.g. HR, departments, works council) You continuously control and optimize the training processes taking into account statutory, collective and internal requirements You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant vocational education and training legislation, as well as coordination with the competent chambers and authorities. Monitoring relevant key figures as well as compiling reports and analyses on quality and efficiency is a part of your tasks You represent the training in the interior and exterior (e.g. at training fairs, school cooperations and network meetings)

You have a successfully completed university degree or comparable qualification with a focus on staff, pedagogy, technology or business You bring a multiannual experience in the field of training - ideally in an industrial environment - with In addition, you have leadership experience, preferably in a cross-site structure You have a strong communication and organizational strength It marks a strategic thinking and high social and intercultural competence Regular travel to our different locations within Germany is an essential part of your activity
