Fully qualified lawyer or degree in business law with a focus on employment law (m/f/d)

You advise our member companies by telephone, in writing and in person on all questions of labour law. You deal in particular with cases of individual labour law, collective bargaining law and vocational training law. You represent our member companies independently in the labour courts and in apprenticeship conciliation procedures. You take over the initial legal advice in selected questions of general civil law, in particular in the right to work contracts. You prepare legal opinions, fonts and practical recommendations. You process your cases independently, solution-oriented and with a clear view to the operational interests of our members. You bring your ideas into the further development of our legal services.

You have the ability to become a judge. You have well-founded knowledge of labour law and ideally first experience in the labour court proceedings. Knowledge in general civil law, in particular in the right to work contracts, is advantageous. You communicate safely, bindingly and comprehensible – both oral and written. You appear convincingly and vigorously in discussions and negotiations. You work independently, structured and responsible. You are team-oriented and ready to work in adjacent legal areas. You are pleased to advise entrepreneurs in practice and to accompany them as a reliable respondent.
