• in full or part-time - Dr. Schneiderhan GmbH operates a practice community consisting of two medical care centres (MVZ). In our two MVZen specialized in spinal medicine at the Munich/Taufkirchen site, 13 experienced, highly qualified specialists from different disciplines and 50 employees work together in patient management and administration. This cross-disciplinary cooperation between our international doctors team provides individual treatment to patients from all over the world at just one location. Our goal is to provide patients with comprehensive care at the highest level.

Responsibility for financial accounting, active management of all accounting processes Working of accounting including accounting, asset, principal accounting, debitor management, creditor management Asset management Preparing wage accounting VAT pre-registration, ZM - notifications, other messages Compilation of monthly, annual and annual accounts according to HGB at individual level and meeting the monthly accounts and the economic development of the MVZ and reporting to the management Responsibility for short- and long-term business planning, budget, payment and liquidity plans Creation of economic indicators, nominal actual comparisons, identification of result potentials Contact for our auditors and tax advisors, banks, financial offices and cooperation partners

Training and many years of experience as an account holder or qualified accountant/tax specialist Multiannual professional experience in financial and accounting; Experience in health care with extensive knowledge and expertise in the field of outpatient care Accounting knowledge by HGB Safe handling of tax issues Very good user knowledge in the DATEV system (financial accounting, cost accounting, individual BWA) Good knowledge of Microsoft-Excel Structured, independent as well as targeted and result-oriented mode of operation Very good analytical skills, safe occurrence and enforcement High loadability and operational readiness Flowing knowledge in German
