Projektmanager (m/w/d) – Red Teaming / TIBER Place of work: Frankfurt am Main Job: Full-time (part-time is possible in principle), unlimited Job ID: 2026_0326_02 As a central competence center for cyber security issues, our team bundles different activities around threat-oriented penetration tests, the implementation and further development of current regulatory systems and the analysis of geopolitical developments and current threat actors. We are in close cooperation with national and international authorities and market participants in the field of cyber security, regulation and financial stability. The aim is to sustainably strengthen the resilience of critical financial infrastructures against cyber attacks.

Become part of the German Competence Center for Ethical Hacking Practices (TIBER Cyber Team) and participate in the implementation of threat-oriented penetration tests according to the TIBER framework. Monitor the design, planning and control of TIBER tests, act as a central contact person (m/w/d) for companies and set the Conformity with the TIBER-EU framework Analyze and evaluate identified vulnerabilities and communicate the results to supervisory authorities and other institutions. Act as the central point of contact for cyber security basic issues in payment transactions and represent the TCT in internal and national and international bodies on regulatory issues (Cybersicherheit, DORA, TIBER). Bring your expertise into technical contributions, awareness measures, lectures and trainings. Live agile values in a dynamic team and carry them into the organization.

Master or equivalent degree in a relevant subject (e.g. STEM or Economics) Very good knowledge of the TIBER-EU framework and the European Regulation DORA in relation to threatening penetration tests Very good knowledge of information security, in particular in IT risk management, IT security management, IT governance/compliance, network security, terminal security, application security, identity/access management, IT forensics and cryptography Experiences in Pen Testing or Red Teaming are advantageous Good knowledge of the national financial sector and relevant supervisory and regulatory authorities Experiences in project management are beneficial Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills Embossed team skills and independent work High level of commitment Safe occurrence Very good German and English communication skills
