You have a good technical understanding, like working on the team and want to take responsibility in production? Then come to us and become part of our dedicated team in plastic extrusion! In this position you serve and maintain modern extrusion systems and ensure that our high-quality plastic semi-finished products are reliably and efficiently produced. You bring in your ideas, recognize optimization potentials and help us constantly improve our processes.
Your duties include: Operating, holding and waiting of our extrusion systems Start-up of machines, setup of tools and setting of process parameters Detection and elimination of faults in machines, plants and peripherals Cooperation in the analysis of quality deviations and the processing of complaints (4D/8D reports) Active participation in shopfloor management – if necessary also as a representative of the shift leader Ensuring order, cleanliness and safety in production
Completed technical training – e.g. as a process engineer (m/w/d) for plastics and rubber technology – or experience in handling extruders and thermoplastic plastics Good computer skills (e.g. for goods or bookings) Experience in handling measuring instruments Good knowledge of German or English Responsible, independent work and team skills Willingness to work in a fully continuous shift system or in 2-shift operation
