Creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts by HGB Scheduled creation and transmission of tax reports, e.g. USt pre-registrations Contact persons for external auditors, in particular in the context of audits Control and monitoring of payment transactions Optimization and further development of internal financial and accounting processes

Completed commercial training or studies with a focus on financial and accounting, ideally with further training to the account holder (IHK) Multiannual experience in financial accounting, like in the production environment knowledge of creditor and debitor accounting and accounting according to HGB; IFRS identifiers are advantageous Safe in handling ERP systems (ideally SAP) and very good Excel skills Structured, self-responsible operation and pronounced numerical understanding
