Number: MER0003KGB Area description: Our Team 'Data & AI for RD (Research & Development) Digitization' at Mercedes-Benz is driving the digital transformation in research and development. We use state-of-the-art technologies and innovative approaches to analyse large amounts of data and develop intelligent solutions. These challenges include: Data Engineering: Analysis and processing of extensive data for preparation for machine learning models Implementation of data purification and transformations, mainly in Azure Cloud with Azure Databricks Dashboard development: Development and maintenance of dashboards for data visualization Design and connection of data from different sources as well as data models with PowerBI Cloud instance setup support Supporting the team in IT-related tasks, especially in the area of cloud services (mainly Azure), Docker Container and CI/CD Pipelines Working with innovative projects with the opportunity to introduce and implement their own ideas We look forward to your application and to shaping the future of mobility together!

Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering or comparable degree programme Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Experience in Data Engineering and Confidentiality with Tools like Azure Databricks Knowledge of programming languages and technologies such as Python, SQL, PySpark Experience in creating and maintaining dashboards, preferably with PowerBI Basic knowledge of cloud technologies (especially Azure), containerization with Docker and CI/CD pipelines Enthusiasm for innovative technologies and willingness to work on new topics Commitment and team skills Analytical thinking and strategic working Additional information: Of course, without formalities, we are not.
