As a student of work:in our People Experience team you play an important role in enabling our colleagues to work smoothly and value-adding everyday life. You support us both in day-to-day business and in administrative tasks and gain exciting insights into the entire employee lifecycle as well as into global projects. Together with us, you will ensure that our office runs optimally and our processes are efficiently designed to create the best possible experience for our team. We are looking for a candidate: for about 10 hours a week and are ready to work directly from our office in Potsdam. Your tasks Support in everyday office: You help us organize the office – from post-processing to ordering work materials to coordinating meeting rooms.

Accompanying our talents: You are the first point of contact for questions from our colleagues: in our People Portal (Freshdesk) and we actively support the onboarding of new team members so that You have a perfect start with us.

Data & Processes: You care about our personal systems (such as Hibob) and support us in the organization of contracts and documents. You work precisely and reliably.

Global Projects: You participate in exciting projects in the area of People Experience, take research and help us set new standards

Structured procedure: You are well organized, love details and keep track of many tasks.

Communication talent: You go open to people and enjoy helping others.

Technology affinity: You feel safe in handling Google Suite and have ideally already gained first experience with systems like Hibob.
