Data Protection Coordinator (m/w/d) Part-time

Amcor Flexibles Singen GmbH is a leading manufacturer of aluminium-based, recyclable packaging solutions for medicines and foodstuffs, as well as a specialist for technical films, e.g. for automotive or construction applications. With around 1,200 employees, Singen is the largest location in Amcor, a world leader in packaging solutions for consumer goods and health products with approx. 70,000 employees in about 140 countries. As part of a follow-up scheme, we are looking for a location at the next possible time Projektmanager (m/w/d) with an hourly volume of 17.5 hours (50% basis).

Cooperation with or support of the external data protection officer (DSB) (m/w/d) Ensuring data protection compliance with personal and company-related business data according to legal requirements Management and maintenance of data protection documents Employee sensitisation Implementation of standard processes (e.g. request for information) Regular reporting to the DSB and management Special tasks / projects

Completed training/studies in the field of data protection or a comparable qualification – or you bring the willingness to acquire this qualification and to develop yourself further to the data protection officer in case of suitability Knowledge of GDPR and EU-GDP Experience in coordinating data protection measures Communication strength and team capacity German and English language fluent in word and writing Own initiative is just as necessary as independent work and enforcement We require a secure handling of PC standard software (MS Office)
