In your role as a tax specialist (m/w/d), you accompany companies and individuals with comprehensive tax advice. With your know-how in tax law and a clear sense of individual solutions, you create sustainable added value and contribute to the optimization of our law firm processes.

Tax expert: You first and audit annual accounts for companies of different legal forms and complex tax returns. Our clients advise you on tax and business issues and find tailor-made solutions for their individual challenges. Your tasks include the coordination and monitoring of financial accounting and the implementation of demanding accounting tasks. You accompany audits and represent the interests of our clients in communication with financial authorities. Process optimiser: You analyze existing work processes at the client, at the firm and between client and firm and cover optimization potentials – with a special look at efficiency and quality. You implement new digital solutions (e.g. tools, interfaces, automated workflows) and develop existing systems. You work closely with the firm management and bring your ideas to the further development of our digital infrastructure.

You have successfully completed your training as a tax specialist or have a comparable qualification, such as balance sheet accounting. Your comprehensive knowledge of tax law and the creation of annual financial statements as well as your practical experience in advising clients are a feature. You are technically very versed, working safely with DATEV and MS Office and ideally bringing experience with other digital tools and platforms. A high degree of self-responsibility, analytical thinking, and the ability to explain complex facts intelligibly belong to your strengths. You have a strong understanding of digital processes, process optimisation and technical relationships – and the joy of rethinking and making things better. First experiences in the technical guidance of colleagues are advantageous.
