In my role as a system engineer, I promote the transfer of knowledge in the context of automation technologies. My tasks: Significant support in the development, establishment and improvement of our GitOps infrastructure approach for our Non-Kubernetes-On-Prem infrastructure, support the domain experts in developing their automation process, both in a coaching-based approach and through practical support in creating playbooks, identifying and defining the global automation principles and processes as well as their documentation and integration in ITSM tools, nursing and expanding our automation platforms and tools GitLab, Ansible, AAP, Python Framework, ensuring the safety, scalability and high availability of the automation platforms; Ensuring the high-availability operation of the landscape by co-operation in the Incident-Resolution process within the framework of 3rd-level support (24/7-readiness for about 4 weeks).

completed studies or vocational training in the field of computer science or a comparable subject and multiannual professional experience in a comparable position, for example as a system engineer or senior system administrator, Representative expertise in on-prem infrastructure automation for Linux, VMWare, Citrix, Netapp, Windows or AD, knowledge of how to use automation tools such as GitLab, Ansible, AAP, Python and Terraform, deep understanding of infrastructure management processes and their rationalization through automation, expressed communication skills and problem-solving competence, experience in the training and support of colleagues on the principles and practices of infrastructure automation, Languages: German (C1), English (min.
