Supporting the OP management in leadership tasks Responsibility and monitoring of economic efficiency Ensuring the further development of care quality Moderation of team meetings Anesthesia care staff in the field Interdisciplinary cooperation with all occupational groups of the OP

Completed training as a nursing specialist (w|m|d) with specialist training for the surgical service or OTA / surgical assistant*in (w|m|d) plus professional experience Further training “Guidance of a Station/Function Unit” or studies in the field of Management (Pflege/Health) of advantage – alternatively the willingness to acquire such a qualification First professional experience in a management position desirable Cooperative management understanding combined with communication and management understanding Self-employment, solution orientation and sense of responsibility
