We are looking for reinforcement on behalf of a renowned distribution network operator at the Limbach-Oberfrohna site in full time for the project planning of construction measures in the field of medium and low voltage.

Your use

• Transfer of new projects in the system and review their content for completeness and plausibility
• Processing and archiving of project documents such as delivery certificates or acceptance logs and placing them in the digital project template
• Acquisition of materials not available through existing catalogues
• Interface and coordination of communication and processes between technology, purchasing, accounting and contracting companies

Your profile

• A successfully completed commercial training (e.g. as an office man/wife, industrial man/wife, merchant/wife for office management or office communication) or a comparable qualification
• Experience in material processing, primarily in the technical field / in the energy industry
• You have a safe handling of MS Office
• Flowing German knowledge in word and writing
• Knowledge in service provider control, i.e. commissioning, billing and communication
