Specialist planner/project manager for technical building services (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team in the field of technical building equipment at the headquarters of Saarbrücken, we are looking for a specialist planner (m/w/d) or project manager (m/w/d) for technical building equipment in the context of demanding construction projects. Depending on the background of the experience, you either take on tasks as a specialist planner in the planning and project processing under technical guidance – or you bring multi-year experience in the independent control and implementation of construction projects as a project manager.

Planning, tendering and monitoring of technical installations for the plants Heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitation in accordance with the performance phases of HOAI Project coordination with builders, architects, other project-participants and executives Promoting a continuous internal exchange of information with the builder and the design participants Compliance, monitoring and compliance of external project dates, costs and quality

You have completed engineering studies or technical training in the fields of supply technology, building technology, energy technology or a comparable qualification You have several years of relevant professional experience in planning and, where appropriate, Head of multi-sector complex projects in the technical equipment sector Knowledge of VOB and HOAI Interest in the topics BIM and digitalization Ideally safe handling of professional software programs (e.g. iTWO) You convince by a safe occurrence, self-initiative, communicative skills and the willingness to introduce and develop your knowledge and skills into a team
