F&B Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the operational and strategic management of the entire service area Active host role in day-to-day business with focus on an outstanding guest experience Ensuring highest quality and service standards Control and control of sales, costs and use of goods with a view to economic efficiency Budget responsibility and preparation of forecasts and reports Leadership, motivation and further development of the team Optimizing existing processes and developing efficient service processes Close cooperation with the kitchen management Responsibility for shopping, storage and inventory Training in the areas of service, wine and product knowledge Compliance with all hygiene and quality standards Direct exchange with the Directorate

Passion for hospitality and a pronounced quality awareness Complete training in gastronomy, ideally complemented by wine expert Multiannual experience in a comparable leadership position in the elevated environment Good business understanding and number affinity Leader Personality with Hands-on-Mentality and Team Orientation Structured, responsible and resilient operation Very good German and good English skills
