Your future job: For our customers TKMS ATLAS ELEKTRONIK GmbH in Bremen, you are a software developer (m/w/d) C++. The international high-tech maritime company ATLAS Elektronik is a leader in the fields of hydroacoustics, sensor technology and information technology in many areas.

Your tasks:

• Evaluation, planning and control of software development activities based on defined software architecture
• Analysis and reduction of system complexity by decomposing requirements as well as developing sustainable implementation and design concepts.
• Creation and further development of software designs taking into account architectural requirements and technical requirements
• Integration and coordination of individual software artifacts to a consistent overall solution
• Assessment of the overall architecture as well as individual architectural elements in terms of quality, cost, timekeeping and technical achievement
• Close cooperation with the development team to coordinate tasks, identify risks and eliminate obstacles in the development process
• Support in the planning, coordination and successful implementation of work packages and support of the technical implementation in the team
• Ensuring compliance with architecture standards, development guidelines and best practices

Your profile:

• Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, mathematics, physics or a training as a specialist with supplementary technical training, specific training and long-term professional experience or a comparable qualification
• Multiannual professional experience in software development, ideally in the environment of complex software and system architectures
• Experience in the analysis, design and implementation of software solutions and in the handling of modern development processes
• Impressed team and communication skills as well as joy in cooperation in interdisciplinary teams
• Safe handling of agile procedures and methods in the software development environment (e.g. Scrum, Kanban or SAFe)
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation.
• High quality awareness and analytical and conceptual thinking
• Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
