We are looking for a category manager for the purchase of production equipment (machines and equipment for e.g. raw construction, paint, assembly)

You are responsible for the entire purchase process of the above sizes

You will begin tendering in close cooperation with departments and tune this cross-functional

You conduct negotiations in the national and international environment for our production plants and sales companies worldwide

You’ll set up decision templates and presentations for awards and strategies in top management bodies

You work closely with purchasing organisations in the TRATON and VW Group

You have extensive professional experience or a degree with an economic focus (e.g. BWL or economic engineering)

You are striving to continuously learn and develop

Self-employed work is yours, you are reliable and independent

You are strong in communication and can use your persuasion

You speak German and English fluently in word and writing

Knowledge of MS Office and SAP is advantageous
