Disposition of local transport tours taking into account cost-effectiveness, customer requirements and legal requirements Operation planning of driving personnel and vehicles in local transport Monitoring and control of transport sequences and ensuring timely delivery and collection Communication with our customers, travellers and internal departments to coordinate and solve transport requests Creation and maintenance of tour plans, freight documents and transport orders Control and optimisation of the utilization of vehicles and tours Processing of complaints and support in quality assurance
