Service Technician - Printing Systems / IT / Network (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the maintenance and maintenance of modern copying, scanning and printing systems directly from our customers on site, thus ensuring smooth operation. You install and configure the systems and the associated software and integrate them professionally into the existing network environments of our customers. You analyze technical disorders systematically, identify sources of errors in hardware and software and find self-sustainable solutions. As a technical contact, you advise and train users to ensure optimal use of the systems. You pass on your expertise by actively accompanying and supporting our trainees in the technical field.

You have a technical training or as a cross-release:in several years of professional experience in the service field service. You are fit in dealing with current MS Office applications and have a good basic understanding for computer and network technology. Ideally, you already bring knowledge of printing, scanning and copying solutions as well as their hardware. A certification in the field of ITIL or CCNA is a big plus, but no requirement. You can communicate safely in German (C1 level) to provide optimal care for our customers.
