For our European headquarters in Gersthofen we are looking for a Junior Supply Chain Coordinator (m/w/d).

What awaits you

• General office organization (correspondence, scheduling, document management)
• Shopping activities including material orders, supplier negotiations, payment processing and documentation
• Maintenance of purchase data, creation of internal reports and statistics
• Contact for suppliers & customers with delivery coordination and enquiries
• Monitoring of purchasing policies, sustainability & quality requirements (including SMETA)
• Examination and processing of import/export formalities as well as raw material availability and the possibility of traceability
• Processing of open complaints and other tasks on instruction of leadership

What we expect

• Complete studies in agricultural management, food technology, supply chain management or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in purchasing or related areas (preferably FMCG)
• Secure handling of MS Office, SAP and presentation techniques
• Organisational skills, structured and independent working
• Communication strength in German and English in word and writing
• Knowledge of import/export regulations and project and process management
