Your tasks:

• Team-oriented and effective collaboration with the Sales Team
• Creation and calculation of offers in close coordination with sales
• Processing and maintenance of customer requests and tracking of open offers
• Communication with the sales team and customers to clarify technical and commercial issues and details
• Management and updating of product and price information in customer portals
• Support and implementation of sales & marketing campaigns
• Support in optimizing processes in offering management

Your qualifications:

• Completed commercial training or completed studies
• Experience in offering creation and ideally in customer portal management
• Secure handling of MS Office, ERP and CRM systems is a prerequisite
• Structured and conscientious operation and communication strength
• Teamability and high service orientation
• Very good knowledge of German and English
