Development of cost and price calculations in technical facility management Processing of operational and maintenance tenders in close cooperation with managers Implementation of cost estimates and creation of performance directories Retrieval services for re-enterprises Participation in bidding discussions, customer events, trade fairs and workshops Participation in optimizing cost calculation methods and compiling benchmarks in facility management Calculatory support during the implementation phase and recalculation of projects

Completed technical and/or commercial training Professional experience in electrical engineering, heating, air conditioning, ventilation and/or sanitation Experience in calculation is a plus Safe handling of MS Office applications (in Excel) Experience in technical building equipment (TGA) of advantage Responsible, independent and solution-oriented operation
