Implementation of the over-company apprenticeship instruction (ÜLU) in the field of sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology with a focus on heat pump systems, multivalent systems and equipment and systems for the use of “renewable energies” Training of theoretical and practical skills Pre- and post-graduate courses content, methodological and didactic preparation of courses on the basis of framework curricula as well as modern, target-group-oriented teaching forms and methods independent support of the training workshop incl. Maintenance, maintenance and further development of equipment and necessary administrative activities Responsibility of budget-bound material procurement

Master qualification as installer and heater (m/w/d) or comparable qualification Focus on ‘renewable energy’ and ‘heat pumps’ Qualification as an electric expert desirable Ready to continue professional development and further training Educational skills and joy in training young people communicative, committed and flexible team player (m/w/d) Interest in the application of modern, digital teaching methods for knowledge transfer good MS Office knowledge
