Technical Expert Wind Turbines - Ostholstein Area (m/f/d)

In this role, you take a central interface function between local management, service teams and external service providers. As a technical coordination wind turbine service, you ensure the technical availability of wind farms and support stable, secure and customer-oriented service processing. Your focus is on analysis, coordination and quality assurance in ongoing operation. • Technical support for management in operation, service coordination and decision-making in the area of responsibility • Responsibility for availability of assigned wind farms including creation and maintenance of availability reports for customers • Analyze defects in wind turbines and derive appropriate technical and organisational measures • Planning, controlling and monitoring of inspection activities with internal service teams and external third-party service providers: • Coordinate and document the processing of defect lists from maintenance, GWL assessments and comparable tests • Perform sample checks in service providers including inventory management and clarification of deviations • Ensure compliance with HSE guidelines as well as regular controls in operational operations

• Complete technical training, ideally with an electrotechnical background or comparable qualification • Multiannual professional experience as a service technician:in and/or in a coordinating technical function, ideally in the wind energy sector • Very good technical understanding of wind turbines and systematic and structured problem solving behaviour • Good MS Office knowledge as well as safe English knowledge in word and writing • High readiness and valid driving permit • Impressed health and safety awareness and consistent implementation of safety standards • High customer, team and result orientation with simultaneous documentation and quality
