You have successfully completed your training or studies in the field of IT or business informatics and gained first practical experience? You want to take responsibility and actively shape modern workplace IT? Then you're right with us. We operate a predominantly Microsoft-based workplace environment and continuously develop it. In addition to classic endpoint topics, we are increasingly engaged in the quality of user experience and the targeted use of monitoring and analysis approaches.

You support the management and lifecycle management of modern devices (Windows, iOS, Android, macOS – focusing on Microsoft environment). You are working on guidelines, software distribution and automation in the Unified Endpoint Management (UEM). You support second-level support in a Microsoft-based infrastructure. You work closely with internal contact persons: both internal and external service providers. You support the development and development of monitoring and analysis approaches to end device quality and user experience (e.g. in the context of the Digital Employee Experience). You create and provide documentation on processes, responsibilities and interfaces.

You have completed a degree in IT or Business Informatics and first practical experience in endpoint management, ideally in the Microsoft environment (e.g. Intune). You already have first experience in IT support and ITSM processes. You are interested in topics such as endpoint monitoring, performance analysis and user experience. You could gain basic knowledge in handling macOS or managing Apple devices – a plus, no need. You have a structured way of working, you are strong in communication and work independently. You have very good German knowledge (at least C1 level, reliable for negotiation) as well as good English knowledge (at least B2 level, fluent) in word and writing.
