for the fields Wiesbaden, Mainz, Frankfurt and Berlin

You (m/w/d) are responsible for the targeted processing of customer requests. These include in particular: Processing of telephone and written requests from our customers Processing of the associated downstream processes: performing the new damage absorption Implementation of damage management – including active control Follow-up (e.g. payments, regressions, correspondence, etc.)

clarification of requests and concerns of our service providers Support for other tasks in the daily business

You have good legal knowledge and will as well as the ability to work quickly into new legal areas or topics. You have the ability to precise legal analysis and assessment, which allows you to identify and consider pragmatic solutions. You have a pronounced ability to argument and persuasiveness as well as a safe occurrence. You have a quick understanding as well as an independent, structured and result-oriented way of working. You have a customer-oriented way of working and bring the necessary sensitivity to the needs of our customers. You have very good German knowledge in word and writing as well as a routined approach to the PC. Who are we looking for? You have a successfully completed degree in the legal field (e.g. full lawyer, diploma journalist, business lawyer, etc.) and ideally have first experiences in damage regulation.
