Production Employee – Surface Finishing (m/f/d)

Capturing orders, measuring tools Pretreatment of tools, beams, finishes, equipping of the automated ultrasonic cleaning system Charging / equipping the rotations with the prepared tools Preparation and maintenance at the coating systems and mounting systems loading of the coating systems, incorporation/reconstruction of the necessary target materials, selection and adaptation of the process parameters, start of the processes and control of the process sequences, troubleshooting Discharge of the systems and cleaning of the vacuum chamber Decharging of the tools and performing optical control of the coating Refinishing of tools Exit, packaging and shipping

Ready to work in all areas of production and pre- and post-treatment of tools Technical understanding, ideally related to a metalworking profession, preferably tool construction or machining (e.g. as a toolmaker, industrial mechanic, machine operator, PVD coating) or first experience in a manufacturing industry Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) from other professions are also welcome – intensive training is guaranteed!
