• Direct support of the management in operational daily business

• Organisation and coordination of appointments, meetings and travels

• Research, preparation of analyses and project management

• Completed commercial training or study

• First professional experience in assistance or comparable position desirable

• Very good MS Office identifiers (especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Communication strength, organizational talent and a high degree of self-initiative
