You process customer and sales requests by phone, email or chat You secure the error-free application processing and order processing You document, identify and analyze customer requests and customer problems up to solutions via a ticket system You support external sales services in lead generation and qualification You care and develop the CRM database Start sales statistics, reports, and sell with other departments such as marketing or product development

You have a completed training as a banking businessman (m/w/d), a commercial training or a comparable qualification You have professional experience in the sales service or customer service, which is of advantage You have good knowledge of common office programs and other tools such as CRM systems or sales tools You have a pronounced service and customer orientation as well as very good communication skills and organizational talent You show a high degree of initiative, sense of responsibility and a structured way of working You have very good German (min. C1 level) and good English (min. B2 level)
