Quality Improvement Manager (m/f/d)

You support in case of faulty case analyses, organize exchanges of experiences to develop solutions and implement local standards on the shopfloor. In this role, you are responsible for the continuous improvement of QM processes and the promotion of lean management, using methods such as root analysis, 6-Sigma, DMAIC and SMED. The management of QM projects is also part of your task. You plan and moderate project meetings and workshops on critical situations, as well as research, document and evaluate incidents for sound decision-making. In addition, you are responsible for building and maintaining a database for incidents and creating monthly evaluations.

You have a completed vocational training or a (university) degree in the field of food technology/chemistry or a comparable qualification. You also have at least 2 years of professional experience in the field of quality management / performance management and can practice basics in the field of food technology / chemistry and/or related matters. Lean / Continuous Improvement In case of incident and crisis management, you can help with risk assessment, cause analysis and documentation. Thanks to your communication strength in German and English, cooperation with international colleagues and service providers is not a problem for you.
