OT Security Manager (m/w/d)

The Schwarz IT supports the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the companies of the Schwarz Group. It is therefore responsible for selecting, providing and operating as well as further developing IT infrastructures, IT platforms and business applications. In order to optimally support the departments through IT solutions in their business processes, the Schwarz IT takes up the requirements of the departments in consultations and works together with these professional and efficient IT solutions. As OT Security Manager (m/w/d), you take a key role in protecting our industrial control and automation systems. You develop security strategies, implement them and ensure their sustainable anchoring in the company: Development and implementation of OT security strategies in close coordination with IT security and industry sectors Ensuring compliance with OT security standards (e.g. IEC 62443, ISO 27001) in projects and operations Control of OT security projects: from requirement analysis to planning to implementation Coordination of external service providers in the field of OT Security and contract negotiations with security Definition and operationalisation of security processes, roles and responsibilities in the OT environment Implementation of risk analyses and safety assessments for OT systems and infrastructures Creation and maintenance of safety-relevant documentation, guidelines and reports

Complete study in the field of IT, automation technology, engineering or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in OT/IT security, ideally in industrial environments Knowledge of safety standards and frameworks (e.g. IEC 62443, NIST, IEC 61131, IEC 61158 and IEC 61784, IEC 61511 and IEC 62061) Experience in project management and cooperation with internal and external stakeholders Analytical thinking, structured working and high communication strength Very good knowledge of German and English JOBV1_EN
