Jobrotation Non-scientific staff In the School Office of the TUM School of Natural Science, with location in Garching becomes one/e Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in full-time for the administration of third-party funding, financial sector and personnel cost monitoring permanently searched for 2 years. Your area of responsibility:

• third-party treatment in the Financial Office
• Job management of the third-party funding projects of the School
• Self-employed settlement and middle requirements of third-party funding projects
• School accounting and distribution of overhead costs
• Self-employed processing of invoices and the accounting of payment transactions by means of a computerised accounting system
• Monitoring the personnel costs of third-party funding projects

Your profile:

• successfully completed training in an administrative profession, such as office clerk
• as relevant as possible professional experience in the administrative field with knowledge of third-party funds accounting
• very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
• very good MS Office knowledge and skills and, if possible, experience with SAP
• Commitment, Flexibility, Responsibility and Team Skill
