Intern/Working Student in HR - Young Talents (m/f/d)

Contact person for Young Talents: You are a member of our interns at the Hanover site and will assist them as a competent contact person throughout their entire period of use.

Administrative staff support: You support the personal administrative support of our interns along the entire employee lifecycle – from contract to witness creation.

Recruiting and applicant management: You test application documents, stand in exchange with applicants and conduct interviews with the specialist departments to select interns and student students.

Selection process for young talents: You are able to test applications for our future trainees and dual students, organize and coordinate self-responsive recruitment tests and assessment centers and actively shape the selection process.

To help shape HR projects: You support cross-departmental HR projects and take your own initiatives, such as process optimization.

You will take part in the organisation and implementation of Talent Days, Higher Education and School Fairs as well as other events around our junior talents.

Cooperation with external partners: You communicate with educational institutions, agencies and other external partners and support smooth cooperation within our young talent activities.

Study in the field of human resources management, business management, economic psychology or a comparable discipline You work structured, carefully and independently and keep an overview of several topics at the same time You go open to people and have a good feeling for different audiences You are interested in personal topics and are happy to actively shape processes Safe handling of modern office tools and digital applications Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
