Completed (specialized) university studies with a socio-scientific focus or comparable multiannual, relevant professional experience in leadership, ideally in social science, pedagogy or migration, integration German knowledge in word and writing as well as fluent English knowledge Other foreign languages such as Ukrainian, Russian, Arabic, Dari, Farsi, Tigrinya, Amharic, Somali Good user knowledge in common office programs Experienced, cooperative and value-oriented leadership style and cultural openness Solution-oriented, dedicated operation as well as stress resistance and reflexability
