Your duties

Project management of new, remodeling and refurbishment measures over all performance phases of HOAI with cost, quality and time tracking

Control and professional management of external service providers (GP, GU, Planner, exporting companies, Experts)

Representation of client interests to all project participants and authorities

Close cooperation with internal interface partners such as project contractors, procurement, controlling

Own project planning of small construction projects

Development of tender documents, technical evaluations of offers and participation in the award

Management and further development of building requirements for the operation and development of the site (e.g. urban contract, building permits)

Development of concepts and master plans for renovation and new construction measures in coordination with our internal interface partners

Your qualifications

You have successfully completed your studies in civil engineering or architecture

You have at least 5 years of professional experience preferred in the field of industry/automotives

You have relevant experience in project management of major projects> 10 million € over all plants, general planners and contractors, and handling of authorities

You perform your tasks independently, structured and solution-oriented with the necessary degree of pragmatism

They have a very good communication capability and use it at all operational levels

Good team cooperation is important to you

They have a high self-initiative and work independently and responsibly

They bring very good knowledge of English

You are sure to use specialist software such as AutoCAD, Nova-AVA
