Software Development (m/w/d) You develop and manage the DevSec target architecture and define appropriate standards, guide planks and reference models for CI/CD, security, toolchain and development environments. Security by design integrates you into all development and delivery processes (e.g. SAST, DAST, SCA, Software Supply Chain Security) and develop governance approaches such as policies as code. You evaluate appropriate tools and technologies in the fields of build, test, security and deployment and integrate them into a consistent platform architecture. With development, security, architecture, cloud and platform teams, you work closely together and advise projects on DevSec topics. You analyze the use of the platform and drive the continuous improvement.

You have a degree in computer science or a completed MINT degree or an IT vocational training or brings relevant professional experience in the above-mentioned environment. Multiannual experience in DevOps/DevSecOps, platform or software architecture brings you with and you are familiar with standardized development landscapes. You are highly communication-proof, consulting-proof, moving yourself confidently between different stakeholders and connecting strategic vision with a pronounced hands-on mentality. Architecturally you think in the Big Picture, can structure complex relationships and translate them into clear target images, standards and reference architectures. Experience in the integration of security into the development process (e.g. SAST, DAST, SCA, Software Supply Chain Security) brings you with and you understand security requirements along the entire delivery chain. You have sound know-how in modern CI/CD environments, integrated toolchains as well as container and platform technologies.

Salary: You receive a collectively regulated remuneration (compulsory contract for private insurance). In addition, you receive holiday and Christmas money as well as extensive social benefits - including an occupational pension scheme. In addition, a future-proof workplace awaits you.

Homeoffice: Depending on the location and arrangement with your leadership, you can choose between different home office models. At least two days are provided at the LVM campus. In addition to a fully-fledged technical equipment, you will receive a unique home office tray of 800 € gross.

Work-Life-Balance: Our flexible working time regulation with a 38-hour week and 30 holiday days allows you to adjust your working hours in consultation between 7 am and 8 pm. In this case, any overtime that has been completed is of course paid out or can alternatively be compensated for by leisure.
