Trend analysis and future research: conducting research on current and future trends in our industry. Innovation projects: cooperation in the development and implementation of innovation strategies. Market and competition analyses: Investigation of market conditions and competitive situation, creation of SWOT analyses and presentations for management. Literature research and theory formation: comprehensive research of current literature as well as identification of best practices and theoretical models. Data analysis: collection and analysis of enterprise data and external data sources. Strategy development: application of the knowledge gained to develop concrete measures and initiatives to implement the strategy.

Technical studies or studies in the field of industrial engineering. Advanced knowledge in MS-Office. Interest, knowledge and joy in economic relations in the context of development. Enthusiasm for innovation: interest in new technologies, creativity and the desire to cross borders. German language skills (C1) and good English skills in word and writing.

Your mission is rewarded. For a mandatory internship, you can expect 1,400 € gross per month. If you do a voluntary internship for four months or longer or write your thesis with us, you will receive €2.262 gross per month.
