You will be optimally prepared for the next step of your career from April 2026 in the 18 months of your trainee program: Specialization: You will get to know the different facets of the financial world of the companies of the Black Group, including stations at Kaufland and Lidl, in order to find the optimal target position for you after the program. International use: Staying abroad in one of our international companies gives you valuable insights into other markets and cultures. Strategic projects: You accompany cross-border strategic projects nationally and internationally and make an active contribution to the further development of our financial processes. Mentoring & Networking: You benefit from an individual mentoring program and build a valuable network within the Black Group.

Degree: Successful degree in Finance, Economics or a comparable degree course (Bachelor or Master). Experience: You have already gained first practical experience in finance, controlling, accounting or similar fields, international experience is a plus point. Personality: You are characterized by your strong communication and conviction at all hierarchical levels. You are team-ready, analytically thinking and show your own initiative. Languages: You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. .
