You bring your expertise by investigating owner and land register data with the competent authorities, offices and communities You provide clear and effective communication in the property sector and regularly correspond with authorities, offices and communities You are responsible for the careful collection and maintenance of data in our databases You coordinate appointments and work closely with our property negotiation teams in the field service You act as a central interface between clients, owners, tenants and other stakeholders.

Completed training as lawyer and notary staff or administrative staff or comparable qualifications You have first knowledge of the basic book and cataster data Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Knowledge of how to use Office products Communication and team skills as well as independent and dedicated working style
