You actively shape the strategic orientation and organisation of the CFO area – including the implementation of financial transformation projects You support our CFO in financial analysis, budget planning, reporting and other strategic financial tasks You have efficiency potentials through digitalization: Together with the team, you are making our finance processes – from accounting to controlling – leaner, agile and forward-looking You take responsibility for your own work packages, work in cross-functional project teams and are in close contact with the CFO and the CEO Your ideas include: You bring your strengths, have room for self-responsibility and actively shape the transformation of our company

Complete economic studies (Finance, BWL, Controlling, etc.) or MINT At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in a management consultancy, startup or in a comparable finance role Funded knowledge in controlling, accounting or financial sector of a company Strategic understanding, self-initiative and communication strength as well as a good understanding of business relationships Designed analytical skills and the ability to prepare complex topics structured and understandable A secure handling of PowerPoint and Excel – with tools such as Miro, Confluence or BI applications An independent, proactive way of working – and the desire to drive things forward
